Since the radiant tube is placed in the casing, the heat transfer process is different from that of the general open type electric heating element, and the heat shielding is large, and the temperature of the component is controlled during the heating process to prevent the component from being overheated. When the radiant tube is closed and heated, the surface temperature of the electric heating element is about 100 ° C - 150 ° C higher than the furnace temperature.
At present, the electric radiant tube mainly has a squirrel-cage type, a flat belt type and a spiral type. According to the design requirements, imported high-performance electric resistance wire or domestic nickel-chromium wire (or belt), iron-chromium-aluminum (wire or belt), and protective tube are adopted. Imported high-temperature alloy sheet coiled welding or centrifugal casting tube, featuring good anti-carburizing performance and long service life.
