Resistance Heating Alloy Wire Ni80cr20/ Ni60Cr15 / 0Cr25Al5 For Industrial Heater
Resistance wire includes pure nickel, chromel alloy, Fe-Cr-Al alloy and copper nickel alloy.
Resistance heating wire is produced by smelting, steel rolling, forging, annealing, drawing, surface treatment, resistance control test, etc.
It is widely used for making heating equipment like industrial furnace, civil heating appliance, various electrical resistors and locomotive braking resistor.
1. FeCrAl heating wire: OCr27AL7Mo2, OCr21AL6Nb, OCr21AL6, OCr25AL5, OCr23AL5, OCr21AL4, 1Cr13AL4
2. Nichrome heating wire: Cr20Ni80, Cr30Ni70, Cr15Ni60, Cr20Ni35, Cr20Ni30.
