This  electric heating element has a wide range of applications. It is commonly used in air, water, oil, acid and alkaline liquids, can be effectively proper for different kinds of environments, such as: air separation equipment, metallurgy, high temperature channel, medical equipment, environmental protection equipment, sewage treatment systems, heating systems, etc.

Our electric tubular heater are divided into three systems: industrial-grade electric heating tubes; commercial-grade electric heating elements; and civil-grade electric tubular heating . We have standard production line that meets the needs of users .

Product classification: 

1. Civil series :

Due to its large capacity demand, low frequency of use and low technology requirement, the traditional civil series products can meet the different need of users.

2. Commercial series

The commercial series have higher requirement of use intensity ,use environment is harsh; the technical requirements are higher. We have combined the industrial grade technology with the mass production requirements to develop a cost-effective commercial heating tube elements.

3. Industrial series

Industrial products require longer life time to meet the production of users. Our industrial grade heater can meet the 24H continues work of more than 20000H, the maximum life time is up to 60000h,e.g 15 years . We can produce standardized products with life time of 10,000-60000H according to different user requirements.
