Since the radiant tube is placed in the casing, the heat transfer process is different from that of the general open type electric heating element, and the heat shielding is large, and the temperature of the component must be controlled during the heating process to prevent the component from being overheated. When the radiant tube is closed and heated, the surface temperature of the electric heating element is about 100 ° C - 150 ° C higher than the furnace temperature. Therefore, when selecting materials, analyze the furnace temperature, the temperature inside the furnace, and choose the right heating material.
