First, the test is carried out without power
1. Use the multimeter resistance file (R*1 or R*10 file) to measure the lead wire or lead rod of the electric heating element. There are two wires or lead bars in single phase or two phases. Test the lead wires with two red and black test leads. There is a resistance R indicating that the value is in the range (R=U*U/P, U refers to the electric heating tube marked voltage value, P refers to the electric heating element indicating power value), which means that the electric tubualr heater heating wire is not short-circuited.
2. Use a megohmmeter (also known as a shaker, insulation resistance meter) to measure the insulation resistance of the electric heating element lead-out line or the tube that draws the rod and the electric heating tube (the electric heating tube ground line is connected to the tube of the electric heating tube), such as The megohmmeter indicates that the larger the value, the better, indicating that the electric heating tube is well insulated, but the lowest value must not be lower than 2M ohm, otherwise the leakage protection switch will trip and cannot work.
3. Check that the lead-out power cord is not damaged and the junction box is well sealed.
Second, the detection under power conditions
1. The electrical performance of the electric heating pipe is operating normally.
After the carbon fiber quartz electric heating tube is energized, during frequent start-up, shutdown and long-term continuous operation, the power is stable within a certain tolerance range, and no instantaneous power impact will occur.
2. The high thermal conversion rate is the most critical place for electric heating pipes.
High thermal efficiency, more than 30% energy saving than general metal heating body, and extremely fast heating rate. Carbon fiber heating element is a pure black body material, so it has rapid heating, small thermal hysteresis, uniform heating, long distance of heat radiation transmission, fast heat exchange rate, etc. Features. During the working process, the luminous flux is much smaller than that of the metal heating element, and the electrothermal conversion efficiency is as high as 95% or more (that is, you use 1000w of ordinary electric heating tube and only 700w when using carbon fiber electric heating tube).
The most intuitive detection method of the electric heating tube in the case of power-on: first clean the surface of the electric heating tube, then turn on the AC 220V power supply, dry it in the air, turn off the surface after the red light, and after the electric heating tube is completely cooled, wipe it with a napkin. There should be no black oxidized powder on the white paper (not reacted with oxygen in the air), which is described as a high-quality electric heating tube. On the contrary, it is inferior.
